The body of this football stadium incorporates a full size playfield, spectators' area for 22.5 thousand people and the full functional programme required to perform a football game. The spectators' area and closed rooms are designed as monolithic concrete structure. A light teflon membrane will span over the steel structure of the roof protecting the spectators' area. The roof structure will also serve as support for lighting system, PA system and security cameras. GerPlan company supported the contractors of HVAC and electrical installations in the work commencement process. GerPlan was involved in verification of the stadium design to eliminate incorrect solutions which might threaten the smooth execution of the works conducted by the contractor. There was also a claim process instituted towards the investor aimed at the elimination of the documentation defects.
