Factory Ursus, Warsaw, Poland
Factory Warszawa Ursus outlet - shopping centre with area of 20 000 m2, located in Ursus District in Warsaw. The shopping centre was opened in 2002 and extended by 6 000 m2 in 2015. It comprises 110 commercial premises and 992 parking spaces.
GerPlan scope of works:
- Executive design for expansion and redevelopment of existing shopping centre in the scope of HVAC, sanitary, electrical and low-voltage installations.
